 Just wanted to shout out to anyone looking for support other than here. MFP is a great place to track your calories and food... Its nice to get cheered on with successes and motivated when your down and need that extra pep talk from others who know what its like...

 Never!!! Haha MFP is My Fitness Pal. Its a website and also if you have a smart phone you can download the app to your phone! I love it. I track everything I eat and drink and it keeps track for me! You can also put your own recipes in and it will calculate calories, protein, fat etc... To top it all off your friends are there to cheer you on when you lose weight or support you when having a bad day. It also keeps track of your weight! 

 Oh the sample pack is a great option so you can try it out before buying the big containers. Hope you find something you like in the sample pack

I agree with SusieQ MFP helped me get 20 lbs off before surgery and helps me even more now post op. Logging everything that goes in my mouth has definitely helped me stay on track and all the support on there is wonderful. Love my mfp peeps.
