Nice.. would work in a low carb tortilla would it not? I have these tortillas which are 3.5 gr net carbs and 7 total carbs. One of them would be more than enough. Even too much probably. Do you use regular bacon and mayo or turkey bacon and light mayo?

Should be fine....only you would know how sensitive you are to the carbs and your daily carb intake.

I go by total carbs..... so I really don't know about net carbs.....

During WL I kept my total carbs to well under 10 carbs per meal.

I always found Lavash Bread to be lower in carbs and primarily use those for awesome thin crust pizza. (so again I'm not up on tortillas.....I sometimes use a small 4'' corn tortilla for tacos in maintenance....like 5 carbs ea.)

Pictured is regular bacon leftover from a restaurant breakfast...... I like turkey bacon when I buy it. (like twice in 2 years) Also pictured is regular mayo from a packet..... cut a tiny hole and you can do a really thin line. About half of one packet on both BLT's..... I do like Greek yogurt and Sriracha.....

So trying these. Yum. I forget I can use lettuce leaves as a vehicle for good protein and veggies. Thanks for the reminder!

Lettuce wraps are my new favorite things post-op. BLT is my top fave to put in lettuce. But the list goes on and on. Tacos, deli meat, shrimp, you can put whatever you want in a lettuce cup! So good and these look absolutely gorgeous! Great job!
