Cheese curds
Only in the form of fat free cottage cheese.
Cheese is an excellent source of protein. The only thing you want to be sure of is that you are using low fat cheese. Also, be conscious of the calories and know what you are eating. You have to eat mindfully. The cheese is also a wonderful source of calories - so a small amount can add up quickly and get you nowhere near your protein goal. Do the math and log it before you eat it.
And I assume you mean ACTUAL curds as in the form of coagulated milk protein and not the breaded and deep fried appetizers. The latter is a definite no-no.

But like Rob said, lowfat cottage cheese is great. Lowfat cheeses are great too. I actually found some ultra thin cheddar & swiss deli slices at 4o calories a slice. Sometimes it's easy for me to have someone else do the "portion control" for me.

WWBD?
This is the info I found for 10 small pieces. This was the Crystal brand which is popular in Wisconsin I think, but I know they are sold here locally. Hope that helps!
