almost a year out

Hi all I will be a year out on the 13th . went from 272 at my highest down to 159. largest size 22-24 2x -3x tops doown to a 10-12 pants and med large tops . bought my first pair of Levi jeans size 12 never in my liife could I wear Levi's . well I still try to have a protein shake everyday ordered some sampes and got miint choclate cookie from matrix and its so good still would like to lose another 10-15 lbs but if it dont happen I am so happy where Im at still try to eat high protein . good luck to all

That's great! How was your loss between months 6 and 12? You've done an excellent job. I love Levi's jeans too and can't get enough of them. I am still buying cheap clothes just in case I keep losing weight and not sure when I'm going to start purchasing brand new.
