Went to the doctor a week early for my checkup weighed. In at 155. Lost 117lbs just slightly overweight. They showed me my before pic. Omg how awful I looked never will I look like that again good luck to all thanks to all cathy

Goal of 180 (240 lost) reached at 18 months 10 days on 4/.20/13. 57% body weight lost@180. Now on maintenance. Low weight 169.
