1 week out and 18 pounds down!

What an amazing feeling this morning when I looked at the scale!
I'm sure I'm going to hit a stall soon and I'm trying to prepare mentally for that, but today I'm celebrating my loss! It would have taken at least 2 very strict months of dieting to lose this much!!
I have PCOS and was having doubts about being a slow loser/not losing at all, but this is working for me!!
I have posted almost daily about my recovery on my profile so feel free to check it out if you are pre-op and nervous!

You are doing awesome!!! I think it's great you are mentaly preparing for a stall. Some people are lucky enough to not stall so early out but I was not one of them. I stalled for 3 weeks at week 3. As long as you are sticking to plan (which of course is easy when it's too difficult to eat) you will break that stall in no time at all.
Congrats so far!!!
