Iiiiiiiiiii'm Back! - My Sleeve Training made my LBL easier
For me the pain wasn't bad - comparable to my sleeve. I had my surgery on Wednesday - went home from the hospital on Thursday, and stopped the narcotics and muscle relaxers on Saturday.
A lot of people experience it very differently. I know people who say they walked around hunched over for weeks, couldn't go to the bathroom, etc. Gauge it based on how you handle pain in other situations.
My best advice is pay attention to your die****er, and exercise like you did after the sleeve and you will probably do well.
