Take the time to let yourself grieve...... only time heals the heart.....
This puts a great division in your life....... Truly moving from one chapter to the next......
Make this new chapter about remembrance and about getting yourself to a better place with your continued WL........

I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I lost my dad last February. I have never felt so much heartache in my life. I still think about him and shed tears daily. Some say time heals but I am to sure about that as my heart hurts the same as the day he passed. God bless you and your family.

I'm so sorry about your Mom. I can't even imagine the pain you're dealing with.
Your weight - your work is definitely showing, my dear. Your face and neck are noticably slimmer and I see a waist happening. Just keep doing your best - you're going to get there and your Mom will be proud of you.

Susie, you're doing great with the wt loss. I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom. What a shock. Please stay strong and stay on course. I bet your mom would be unhappy if grief totally derailed your VSG journey. My mom passed two yrs ago. My surg is next wk and i think she'd be thrilled i was getting it. She was fine, and then got pneumonia. From fine to gone in 9 days. It took me almost two yrs before i stopped crying daily. Do the best u can sweetie...hang in there....

God bless and sorry to hear about your mom. Even though we don't kmow each other personally. We have all lost someone in some shape or way in our lives. Last August I lost my step dad of 30 years. I know the pain and feeling of losing a loved one/a parent.
Take care and just keep hydrating yourself. You look like you are doing well with your weight loss. Love yourself and the love ones around!!
