Great deal

I have been checking out various websites mention on hear looking for different ways to get in my protein come surgery next month. One place I have seen mentioned is mybariatricpantry.com . A lot of people have been talking about the hot chocolate, especially with cold snowy days on its way. This week they have a special .... All health wise and pantry selections are buy 3 get one free. THANK you for posting this. Im a huge fan of that site and im living off their food right now, but im totally going shopping so it will be home when I return. I wish I had known about all this stuff when I first had surgery - or not, most of its kind of triggery :-p

What are some of everyone's favorites on there? I need to up my protien as well and would like some suggestions from those of you that have tried some of these.

My primary order is oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, hot chocolate and the biscotti is to die for (except it broke my tooth so no more!)
