Your surgery date is the same as mine and I too notice some differences day to day. Not to the degree you are experiencing but I do recall a couple of times that there just didn't seem to be any room. Fluids and solids. I do think that at least for me, it's related to day to day differences in the level of swelling. We are still in the healing phase, so I think swelling variances likely go with that. At least until 6 months.

I am there with you today.  I had a premier protein shake for breakfast @ 7:30 a.m., protein coffee @ 9:30, hardboiled egg for lunch @ 2:00 pm 3 glasses of water.  That's all that I've had today and I am SOOOOO full! Not going to mee****er and/or protein goals too.  Can't imagine it.

I have the same exact thing going on today! I got about 25 oz of fluids in today and that was such a struggle! I never thought of it as a restriction!! Very strange feeling!

Mine is hormonal.  I have NO restriction during PMS and then my stomach slams shut the day the TOM gets here.

This happens to me occasionally, at at 18+ months post-op, I just enjoy it while it lasts.  I haven't found any pattern to when or why.  Sometimes it's all I can do to take my pills, so I have a mostly-liquids day.  Not often enough to worry about missing protein or liquid goals...
