I need some help!!!
I am almost 3 months out and I have a hard time getting in 650 cal!!!
Been getting in all my water and 70 Protein + ....
But I can't seem to get in over 580cal
The last 5 days I have been in the low 400 cal range!!!
Ugh!!!

Please let's know what I can do if anything!!!
I work out 5 times a week and burn between 480-600 cal
As well! Not sure if that could be hurting me??

I was in the 300-400 range for the first three months or so. As long as I got all my protein and liquids in my doctor had no problem at all with this and my weight loss was fantastic.  I talked to him about this recently, and he laughed.  He couldn't understand why people would want to increase their calories.  If you are good at 400-500 calories for now, stay there, as long as you are meeting your protein goals.  (Of course, the usual disclaimer applies, listen to your doctor, blah, blah, blah.)

You will not stall because of low cals, if anything, you will lose faster overall.  :)  Just remember to get almost all of your calories from protein.  At these low levels, this is really, really important.  Keep good track, remember, you do not want to burn muscle, even your heart is a muscle and you want to do this in a healthy and safe way.  So eat the protein and keep track of it.

70-80 grams should be fine.  You can increase it if you need to but that should be fine for most people.  If you stall, keep the calories the same, but increase the protein, this of course means to reduce carbs even more.  :)
