The last few months have gone slow but I'm still loosing :) Last month I lost 4.6 lbs and the month before that only 3 lbs. After talking with Vocalcoach, I am going to try harder to get moving again and do some treadmill work like I used too early on after surgery.

Thanks everyone for being here. It's nice to know there is a whole family of friends waiting for me to share in my excitement and help me in times of need. You guys are the best! :)
