triggers

It's raining here in Nash-vegas and I was driving home with my son back from visiting my pops. I realized that the dark cloudy and rainy weather is one of my triggers for eating. Before WLS, I would always stop somewhere and get something that brought me comfort. I know I have other triggers but this one suddenly dawned upon me.

Good for you. I usually don't notice until after the time has passed.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

Yesterday (I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op)....I walked through Costco...so many tast looking free samples......but I made it through without taking a single one.
Also went to a ball game (yay Giants!) had a cup of coffee (the smell of the coffee helped get my mind off the smell of the hot dogs, etc.) no kidding ...it was tough together through both places without a food misstep.....so many triggers....it's a minefield!
