What a great year!! Last year one granddaughter graduated high school... May 2012 and this year another one graduated ...May 2013. Obligatory pictures with the grandparent....WOW. The difference!!! Haven't really compared before, but this felt so good, I wanted to share. Of course I can't figure how to post them here, but they are on my profile page. If you care to look feel free. I'm so proud of myself and I feel so good!

Never dreamed that I could feel this good about myself again. Looking forward to many healthy years now.

Oh my gosh, you are so tiny!!!!! I'd frame those pictures, 8x10, and put them side by side......you should be very proud of yourself, you look fantastic! Thank you for sharing your pics/experiences. --Sis

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
