Finally!!!
Thanks! I did the 600-800 cal 40 carbs thing but quite often found myself at 60 carbs. To be honest, I've been off the wagon so to speak for the past 6 mos and gained back 14 lbs at one point. But during that time I still worked out 5-6 times a week. If I didn't, I'm sure that gain would've been a lot more. I'm happy to say I lost 5 of those pounds and trying to stay focused to get the rest off.
I've never been a gym person and though I hoped that would change after losing some weight, it didn't. I alternate between Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvds, Biggest Loser dvds and the recumbent bike.
You look fabulous and I am sure, feel amazing. Enjoy the blessings!

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
You look GREAT !!!
