When I started this journey I was in a 4X. This weekend I went shopping for a dress to wear to 2 events I have to attend in the next 2 months. I bought a dress in a size 20...size 20 I can hardly believe it. I had bought some clothes to get me through the winter, size 22 and 2x and everything is beginning to feel big already...I love my sleeve!

That's awesome!  Isn't it a great feeling!

I've been wondering about clothes.  I had to lose 30lbs pre-op and went from a 22 to an 18.  Luckily I have clothes still from 2 years ago when I was that size last.  After that I'm naked lol.  I've been sorting through my clothes to bring to a friend when I got to visit but am not sure what I will wear between size 18 and 10(???) or wherever I end up.  I wonder how people cope with the drastic changes in sizing? I'm thinking leggings and long sweaters will at least get me though the winter.

Sounds like a sound plan to me. I would suggest that you only get a couple outfits in neutral colors that will mix and match and accessorize with scarves, hats and necklaces to give yourself different looks. There are some very cool sites on the internet with instructions on how to tie scarves. That way when your sweaters and leggings get baggy and you need to toss them you will be able to use your accessories with the next smaller set of sweaters and leggings.

Congratulations.  Fitting into smaller clothes has to be the BEST NSV.  It makes it all seem real.

blessings,
