Things to eat when your tummy feel upset/nauseous?

I made a chicken salad yesterday at lunchtime that I had a few days ago w/no problem but this time it made me feel a little queasy.  I think because it had too much oil (walnut) in it (been trying to add some healthy fats to my diet).  For the rest of the day and this morning my little tummy feels upset and I don't even want to eat today. What are some meals you eat when your sleeve feels a little upset?

When I am feeling sicky, I stick to just sipping water if I am only going to be missing one meal. Maybe Some plain chicken breast if solids go down ok.

On the other hand, when I had food poisoning a couple of months ago, I threw my plan out the window for several days because crackers was the ONLY thing I could tolerate.

When you're not feeling well, you have to do what works for you, so long as it doesn't trigger cravings and a serious/long stray from plan.

I usually go back to liquids for a bit,  chicken broth,  pops,  tea,  water. I don't usually get nauseous though. Sometimes if I take my pills on an empty stomach at night. It passes pretty quickly though.

If the antacid doesn't do the trick, I usually will go back to liquids.

I do also use gum.  I'm usually pretty good about undereating my sleeve, but if I get to the tipping point, I usually will chew on gum.  Works like a charm.

Black Tea works for me and it even rhymes, haha!

Yeah..broth is a good choice..will still get some nutrients. Maybe some sugar free jello..popsicles..tea. Some flat diet gingerale may help. I know..feeling like this sucks! Best to let it pass and not stress too much on eating. Just don't give in to trigger foods.

You'll be back on track when feeling better :-)
