Has anyone here traveled with their whey powder? Am trying to figure out the best way to carry it. Will be traveling through airports and a cruise ship. Any suggestions?

I bought a bunch of the powder sample packs to travel with, since I figured it would be easier with airport security.  I have seen others just take baggies of powder without issues as well.

I buy the BIG tubs.  I measure out a scoop and but it in snack size baggies.  Than I put it in a big zip lock.  I have gone thru many airports and on cruise ships with it.  I take in in my carry on.  Last time I just put the snack bags in my shaker bottle for a short trip.

I portion mine out into little snack size ziploc baggies.  Works like a charm and they pack flat.  When I take a bunch, I put the small ziplocs into a large one, just in case!

I just put a bunch in a big ziplock with the scoop inside. I doctor mine with some instant coffee and cocoa, and I do the same.  Never had any problems.

I travel quite a bit, and simply buy the single-serve packets beforehand. For short trips, I just stuff 'em in my blender bottle, put the while thing in my suitcase, and keep at least one in my purse. I like this better than powder in a zip-lock, simply because the single-serve packets are labelled...avoids any misunderstanding with security. :)

Snack size zip locks.  Pre-portioned so that you can just pour it into whatever and throw the bag away without worrying about measuring.
