I like that you included links to the recipes! I get lots of good ideas on things to cook from reading the menus, and now I don't have to search for recipes!

I'm struggling. Vacation with family is fun, but I am emotionally drained. I'm looking forward to getting home, although will only be there for 2 days before I have a business trip blah!

Constipation. I think it'll get better shortly, but I'm shaky and very uncomfortable at the moment. Guess I didn't start the benefiber soon enough :/

I find that benefiber helps most with diarrhea, not constipation, since it's soluble fiber. But your experience might be different! Miralax is my go to for constipation.
