congrats on the first step.

not sure I love it but I need it.  Kind of an inverse relationship to crispy beef tacos.

It took me many weeks to get to the point where I started to miss working out if I missed a day. I wouldn't say I love it now, but I love the feeling that I'm doing something good for myself :)

Something I have learned is that if you want to keep doing something you need to kind of like it...what I mean is that I am not a gym person so I have never gone consistently.  However, since starting this journey and finding that I love to run I am doing it gladly when it is time.  I know I am not all that far along, but just a thought.

Hang in there, it gets better. I didn't really learn to love it until about 6 months in but as your cardio capacity improves and you can see lots of progress you will get more and more into it. The trick is to find something in the gym you enjoy doing and make sure you do it regularly.
