Sept 6 Exercise Report - What did you do today?
I walked 3.7 miles in 1:08. I made my 5K in 56 minutes. A little slower than I wanted but my heart rate was too high to pu**** any harder. I averaged 155 which is still a bit high. For my age, my max is 162 and I need to keep it below 150.
I probably need to slow down a bit, I have only been walking for a little over 2 months.
In other news, the scale dropped 3 lbs today to bring me to 266. That is 101 lbs lost since January and 91 lbs since surgery.

Nice work everyone! I swam for an hour, and then forgot I had a bit of a sunburn on my legs and went into the hot tub. BAD IDEA JEANS. That **** hurt!

160 minutes walking. I finally got a shelf for the treadmill, which I had been asking my spouse to build for me for a year. A coworker found a ready-made one online so I ordered it. Now on work from home days I can set it to 1.9 (fastest I can get and still be able to type/work with spreadsheets, hope to work up to a faster speed) and walk to my heart's content. It is so wonderful. I am just thrilled beyond belief with it.
