Sunday: a testament to VSG

I was up at o'dark-thirty to do a 5K (walking, not jogging) with my dog in Palo Alto. Then later I had a photo session with a friend where we were climbing around hills at the Berkeley Marina. The climbing was only difficult because I was wearing heels. :) I guess what I'm saying is I am so glad that I had the surgery and I am so excited to be 43 pounds down as of this morning. To date this has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
