Do fluids help break a stall?

I've been stuck at 179 for days now ... which is not totally freaking me out, but I've been trying to eat well and exercise and, well, STALL! Should I up my fluids?

Stalls just happen. I always say to sieze this period to try on new clothes.  I usually discovered that I'd gone down a size or three during stalls.

nothing really helps a stall , It is just your body making adjustments then you will start losing again

It's actually almost a relief to know it's my body doing this and that it's not necessarily something I'm doing wrong! Thanks, guys. :)

Gwen -- Probably not enough. I would say maybe 40 ounces a day.

Then drinking more might help. 40 a day is the minimum we need to ward of dehydration. You should be getting at least 64, preferably more!

I wish more water would break a stall...I've increased my intake with no help.

I've been stuck for over a week, and have even been bouncing up a pound or two.

I thought I was more patient then I apparently am.  I know that getting less than 800 cal. a day, and 80 grams of protein is not enough to sustain my weight.

Lord give me patience and hurry up about it!
