7 months out! with pics
I am just a few days over 7 months out. 116 pounds down and feeling pretty good. I just turned 30 last week and I had promised myself to lose 100 pounds by my 30th birthday. As I got closer it became my goal to get under 200 by my 30th. Well I entered my 30's at 195 so I made that goal!
Here are some before and after pics! Getting close to my final goal! Never thought I would "only need to lose 20 pounds"
