100 lbs. Gone!!!
Today, 11 months from when I decided to live a healthier life, I am officially down 100 lbs. and I am finally under 200 lbs.!!! This journey is a very interesting one. I've learned so much about myself, my eating habits and my day-to-day life. I have learned that exercise is not my enemy but my friend. I have learned that just because there is a plate of food in front of you, you do not have to eat it all. I can and I do, get up and walk away when I am full. This journey has been a revelation and I will continue to learn as the journey continues.
If you ever feel like giving up, DON'T!!! There is more of life's journeys in front of you waiting to be experienced by a new, healthier you!!! My fellow Sleevers, have a Wonderful and Blessed Day. I know I will

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I get emotional reading posts like this because only we understand how hard it is to stop eating or turn down food only to feel guilty and like **** afterwards and telling yourself everyday that today is day you will not over eat. Only to fail as soon as you see a bagel, lol. I am 61 pounds down so far and I am greatful that chose to have the surgery. You madame are an inspiration!
Congrats on your great success!!
