I can still have my ice cream (and so can you)

A kind coworker brought in a pint of Arctic Zero for me that she felt would be great for my WLS diet. It is! I only eat half a cup so and it's under 40 calories. It has low sugar, low carbs, and 3 grams of protein per serving. As far as flavor goes it is ice cream-like, as in it reminds me of ice cream but is much less sweet and not as...creamy?
Enjoy, losers! :)
Awesome!
I've opted for having the occasional single bite of real high-quality ice cream instead of trying to find a substitute that might inspire me to eat significantly more. This has worked really well for me since ice cream is my #1 weakness.

Kroger carries this as well, and it is pricey as all get out. Personally, i am not a big fan of it although if it were in my freezer I would eat it. I prefer to use my Vitamix and blend frozen strawberries, greek yogurt (ff, sf**** cubes, and either sugar free creamer or skim milk with sweetner to taste. Much better flavor/texture and still weight loss friendly.

I love ice cream but luckily it is easy for me to avoid. I bought am ice cream maker from walmart and was using it during the summer months to make protein ice cream. I'd get a low carb milk or use almond milk and add sweeteners and protein powder. It didn't trigger cravings though and I was able to enjoy it without overindulging.
Not sure I trust their numbers:
Arctic Zero tests show it may have 68% more calories than claimed on label
I tried it when it first came out and thought it was disgusting. It has the texture of ice milk and had an odd aftertaste (to me). I ate two bites and got rid of the rest.
I love the Oikos chocolate frozen Greek yogurt, but it is NOT low calorie... it just contains protein that regular ice cream doesn't have. It has a very rich chocolate flavor. The Black Cherry is also pretty good.
Someone else has already posted a link, so check that out because there are questions about the stats of the Arctic Zero.
