I don't know about you all, but I'm so happy that the holidays are completely over with and my life can resume some semblance of normality.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi
3: sticky coconut chicken, stir fried veg, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 75 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 60 min beginner combination)

Almost back to normal. I still have my birthday to get through tomorrow but I am not planning to do anything in regards to food.

B: Kashi, Go Lean, 1% milk  Coffee

L: Leftover crockpot chicken and potato

S: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt

D: Roast Beef, veg

 

Vitamins: OK. Hope my calcium citrate arrives today

Water: On track

Exercise. Normal activity.

Im still in the post op clear liquid phase, water, isopure black tea, broth, and Popsicles for me...but I love these posts, great to see all the variety and options available once I can actually eat lol 

its been surprisingly easy; drinking has been anyway. Fully anticipating real food to be a bit of a struggle.

I loved these posts pre-op too.  It helped me to feel that things would still be okay post-op and that I wasn't setting myself up for a life of deprivation.  That was really important to me!

I was dreading coming back to work today, but it has been a great day so far (aside from the freezing cold commute (1 degree in Chicago!).  I think I'm also happy the holidays are over.  Although I am heading to the beach in two weeks, so I don't have a super long gloomy winter laying ahead of me.

e - 4 mile run (slow, but getting the mileage back up there)

w - chugging it down today

I'm waiting for my "aunt" to visit so I'm irritable as hell and want to eat everything in sight.  Not because I'm hungry.  Just because I want to have a rage blackout. :)

I feel like that when my visitor is in town! It's the only time that in get derailed from my eating plan!
