See my post. I'm going through this weird "forgetting to eat" thing which, for a fat girl, is a brand new feeling.
But, so far:

exercise: 2 1-mile dog walks (and another tonight) and W4D1 of C25K
B1-coffee, premier protein shake
B2-turkey/veggie scramble

D-Eggface bacon-onion cheeseburger meatloaf, roasted cauliflower
S-1/2 mootopia or string cheese
Liquid-so far so good
Vitamins-working my way through the day, gag
Exercise-5 miles at 15min/mile pace…even the dog kept up. Beautiful day outside.

Breakfast - salmon
lunch - enchilada casserole - I finally finished this. Yum. Its one of my favorites, but a little high in cals.
dinner - ham and green bean casserole - also yummy.
snack - 1/4 cup of cashews
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - recumbent bike - done

I'm in Maintenance:
coffee first to turn me back into a human being again (with half and half and stevia
B-1 fried egg in butter, 2 thin slices of ham, some shredded cheese on top, 2 prunes (4 ounces total)
L- Clam chowder soup, with added cut up ham to increase protein (7 ounces total)
Plowed snow and shoveled for 4 hours, plus took care of livestock.
Snack-coffee with half and half and stevia
Snack- one homemade by my daughter tiny gluten free banana muffin (.5 ounces), and 1 ounce of cheese
D-sauteed chicken tenders in butter and lemon, green beans (totaled 6 ounces)
S-To be determined, I'm on the west coast, and just finished dinner
water-not so good, am working on it.
vitamins-yes
exercise-plowing and shoveling 10 inches of snow. My driveway is 1/4 mile long and I have a parking lot sized area in front of my house, took 4 hours to complete
