Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Wednesday
I'm officially starting to feel lazy, but tomorrow my life will get back to it's crazy busy normal. Today I'm marathoning Sister Wives still.
My back is in a bit of discomfort this morning, probably from planking at physical therapy yesterday, so I took it easy with my yoga practice this morning.

My new years goal was to start exercising regularly, but I have a horrible cold and can hardly breathe, so that is on hold for now. I only have 13 more pounds to get to my goal and I'm hoping to do it by the end of January!!
B: Scrambled egg with jalapeno popper dip melted in. (I made this dip for our New Years Eve party...it is cream cheese, diced roasted jalapenos, bacon and cheddar cheese. It is amazing with a tablespoon melted into eggs!)
L: Leftover meatloaf
D: Some other leftover...more meatloaf, spaghetti sauce with no noodles, or ham. It depends on what everyone else doesn't want.
I forgot my vitamins this morning and I'm behind on my water.
Ooh!
That egg and jalapeño thing sounds really good. I don't think a little cream cheese will throw off the balance. Lol
So far, no issues with spicy stuff. I don't know what Id do without my daily dose of jalapeño.
I think I'll add one to my Sleever su****oday. Mmm can't wait.
Fluids are a lil *****allenging today but no sweat, I'll get em in.
Keep up the good fight, feed that cold, and get that 13 off forever.

Hey Gwen,
Today I think I will have a nice tuna/avocado salad for dinner, with a few wheat thins.
I call it "Sleever Sushi" lol my favorite at the moment.
I mix a pouch of water packed tuna with a little nonfat mayo, some diced onion, a pinch of garlic powder and about half of a small avocado. So satisfying. I get two meals from that.
Around 20g of protein, and not enough calories to worry about.
Keeping carbs to a minimum is tough for me but I seem to be doing it well. I'm not obsessing myself with low carbs, just being mindful of them.
Trying now to add more veggies daily. Sometimes I don't have room at meals, so I have a power snack a little later.
A half oz or so of Brussels sprouts seems to do the trick.
