This is something I just started making - I've seen others post it, so I decided to try it because sometimes a protein shake is too sweet for me.
I make my regular brewed coffee. In a measuring cup I mix 3 Tbls. liquid original coffeemate and 1 scoop of flavored protein -- this is two servings. Mix well, until smooth. When my coffee is done, before pouring it into the cup, I take half of the protein mixture and put it in the cup and slowly add some coffee, mixing well to prevent clumping, and then continue pouring rest of coffee. I've used different flavored powders: vanilla, cappachino, etc. Really makes the coffee taste rich. One serving = 1/2 protein scoop, so I drink two a day.
My next "punch of protein" -- I'm going to try Ricotta Pancakes from Eggface's site. I'm attempting to add more recipes to my daily menu for the sake of variety (the spice of life )
ugh -- I've been having the laziest day... my stomach has been bothering me and without sharing TMI my sister has recommended a heavier carb focus and reduction of veggies to help balance it out. Bah! I love me some brussel sprouts, but every time I have them they are making my stomach act up.
