I love left-overs!  This morning I had left-over omelette, and at lunch I had left-over fish - so good.  For dinner I'm defrosting some steak tips I bought and broke down into portion sizes with marinade before freezing individually.  My freezer runneth over!

2) I made Eggface style bites with carmelized onions, gruyere, and caraway seeds for a party on Friday. They are maybe my favorite yet. So I had three of those for lunch plus a few leftover bits of cheese.

3) More bites...!

4) Pesto salmon from Wegman's.
