It's Monday!  I spent my weekend being very, very cold and, apparently, I eat when I'm cold.  Who knew.  Especially hot chocolate.  I'm very happy to be back in my warm home.  The whole being cold thing is the #1 downside to weight loss for me right now.  I hope my body gets used to it in a few years or something.  

I haven't planned meals for the week yet, so I don't actually know what I'm doing for dinner.  I'll figure it out after yoga.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi!
3: chicken stir-fry since I've got a lot of veggies to use up!, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: some amount of yoga, 60-80 minutes physical therapy for shoulder/neck

Ugh -- upset tummy :(  I'm going to try to stay away from the veggies today, but I am addicted!

Close to goal and just want to be there!!!  So I'm hard lining it for a day or two.  

B:  siggi's vanilla yogurt (lowest sugar to protein ratio and incredibly delicious)

I love Siggi's yogurt!  The coconut and the orange/ginger are also really good.
