I will look for that as an option. I'm trying to do the same, keep my carbs lower the rest of the day when I eat the cereal!

I asked my nutritionist about carbs. They stress protein and low fat but nothing about carbs. I keep mine around 40-50 a day. My NuT said to keep it under 90 and I was shocked. I'm going to stay where I'm at as I'm losing at a good rate. How many carbs did you eat during weight loss phase?

Personally, I eat high fat (or shall I say, I don't avoid fat at all) and almost no carbs! It works great for me. I rarely eat more than 20g but often much less.

During WL I kept my carbs just around 40 per day. When I'm maintaining I do well keeping them between 50 and 100. Over 100 carbs per day and I get over "carbed" and start craving. My ideal level for WL is definitely

Replied to you but on the wrong thread. Basically I was asking how many carbs you are during weight loss phase.

How many do you eat now? It's interesting to see what people's plans call for.

I keep it between 80-100 grams for maintenance.  I can occasionally go over that without gain...but not often.

Sadly that's much lower in protein than the foods I try to eat.

For crunch, I really enjoy baking thin cheese slices for about 10-15 minutes at 350.  They turn into awesome cheesy crackers :)
