Special K with protein

My lunch and dinners are usually protein packed and I always meet my protein goals. I'm not a shake person and I'm looking for some variety!! It won't be an everyday thing, but a two to three time a week thing.

I'm glad you found something that fits in your plan and you enjoy :)  

 

Cereal wasn't my thing, but I did / do eat more carbs than a lot of people.  In weight loss mode I was usually about 50 /day and now I typically am at about 100.  I get most of my carbs from dairy, fruit and veggies.
