new here

I'm new to this forum. Been around sometimes and started my journey in 2014. Got my surgery date ... Feb 1. I live in Canada just outside of Toronto. Getting the VSG. Start my liquid diet Jan. 18.

Welcome to the forum.  I hope you find it as informative and supportive as I have.  WLS is an amazing journey.  Its not easy, but the surgery makes it possible to lose weight and manage the obesity.
