I struggle at times eating slow enough.  I now use chopsticks!  Eating has become more of an event and I'm becoming more proficient at using chopsticks!

Silly, but it is working!

Not a bad idea! I think I'm going to give it a try because baby spoons still don't slow me down enough :)

not silly at all! when i hit real foods i plan on the same. my nutritionist had me buy baby spoons and a toddler set of fork knife spoon. smaller utensils, smaller bites. been working preop and so far post op. i'm still in mushy mode.

I use these now, myself.  It's a bit more distinguished than the toddler forks I used previously :)

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Not silly at all!  I use chopsticks all the time along with a baby sized spoon and fork!
