Also, most tummy growls..is NOT hunger pains. Mostly it is due to gas or acid... We can't trust our old body signals. Weigh and measure and record :)

AK you are so right. I do measure and record. Have yet to weigh but going to start. DOn't know why it hadn't dawned on me. But lesson learned.
