Eight Years and I Don't Miss My Old Tummy

Yesterday marked 8 years since my vsg with Dr. Cirangle. Its been fabulous. I got to goal and beyond and while I have had about 15 pounds of regain, I am still with a normal bmi and without the health problems of old. I am now 66 years old and feel much younger. It is much easier to eat now than in years past and I have to really watch the junk food but I still have restriction and have changed a lot of bad old habits. My journey is set out in my blog here in OH from years back including insurance appeals, slow weight loss at times and other issues. But its well worth the effort and I encourage anyone to consider it. Happy Holidays. Diane S

Amazing. Thanks so much for staying around, and proving that it can be done long term. Congrats!
