Thanks so much - My doctor was surprised too! That's why I posted here - to let others know that it is possible even after so long. I have my follow-up tomorrow morning :)
PS: After so many people *****ad my post, it's nice that someone took the time to reply. ;)
I had the rny done on January 5th of this year. I had a hernia repair and my gallbladder removed. The first 2 weeks I lost 23 pounds last week was only 1 pound. Im not sure what to do. I am not eating much and I cant drink another protein shake or I will throw up.
So glad you are feeling better! Surprising to hear that could happen after all that time.

Also look at and "like" the Bariatric Eating Facebook page. It will show up on your FB feed everyday and give you a little boost of encouragement as well.
Go do this ~ and get yourself back to good health!!!

Hi, I agree with Mona. I would get at least one other opinion. I suggest overeaters anonymous online. It helps me so much. I believe that God will take care of you. You have had the new stomach for 7 years. You are thin and your experience around food has changed and OA can help the head part. Please keep posting and I will be praying for you.
Curious for an update.

Hi Carol, Would you mind telling me who you had for a plastic surgeon. Your tummy tuck looks great!
Like someone else stated - back to the basics! 6 high protein meals a day, lots of water, no bread, pasta, sweets.
I put myself on a "diet" in January because over the past couple of years, I put on 12lbs that I wanted to get rid of. The first week was tough, but it got easier the following week. I lost 4lbs then easily.
You can do this! You've done it before - at this point, it's mind over matter. :)
