How did you know. LOL Yup I was out and about as soon as I could which like I said was basically the next day after I was released from the hospital. So how are you doing? We need to catch up soon.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Thanks Jody you look great by the way. Its funny because my PCP thought it would be better for me to go back to work than stay home. Since I sit down all day. She said which is true sometimes you rest more at work than at home. So true lol.

Hey Liz - Glad to hear that all is well - Your Peeps were worried about you! Hmmm - Maybe you should give your other email address to someone so they know how to hunt you down in case you go AWOL again!
