Hello Lightweight board it has been awhile since I have been on. I am happy to report I am a Dec16 sugery date and have hit 125! I am training for a 8k run in October! I have never felt so healthier! I want to post my before and after pictures I am not sure how. It is soo fun to come back on and see how everyone is doing. I will try and frequent this place more often!

I'm from Oregon too! Congratulations on reaching your goal! I'm two and a half months behind you. Not sure I'll make it to goal as quickly as you did, but I love knowing it's possible! Thanks for the inspiration. :)
