Ok so what did I do?

I did a MILE on the eliptical!!!!!
Yes I have been walking miles for years but have only EVER been able to do a minute on any type of eliptical machine!
Not only did I make it a mile, I made it 8 minutes!!!

YES I LOVE MY RNY!!!!!

that my dear is an amazing feat i rem when i can only have done 1 min with out dying loolol that is fantstic im so happy for you i loveeeeeeeeeeeee that machine

 Congratulations...I think that 's the best part of WLS...being able to accomplish goals we could never accomplish before...for the first time....it's beyond wonderful...you go girl....SEAVIEW
