Good Morning. Blech! There are some awful protein powders out there!
I get my chocolates from VitaminWorld. Its the 4Ever brand and I like them a lot. Mix easy and smooth and has a good flavor- BUT - they do have one store brand I HATE and returned it. The lady almost didn't take it but I stood my ground... it was just downright nasty. Glad I haven't run into another like it since.
I love the Syntrax Nectars. I have so many tubs in my cupboard I'm going to make myself use some of them up before I buy more (yea, keep telling myself that).
Not much on my agenda today. I didn't roll out of bed until 8:30 - I got TOO much sleep - hate it when I do that. Tom was up at 3:30, so he'll be useless tonight. Guess its my turn to make dinner.
May finish mowing the lawn, do some pickup and cleanup around the house. The weather is finally going to be decent today, so may take that long walk/run I owe myself. Need to go to the dollar store and find the popcicle holders to make Bekahs Click popsicles. Maybe a latte.

My daughter and grandbaby are coming up this weekend. I probably won't see them as much as I'd like, but it will be nice. Lots of activities planned for the 4th weekend.

Got that Job at starbucks so I am waiting on orientation and finishing my extended course work. Took a Leave of Absence for the Summer to get caught up... I think I will enjoy it.

I'm in CT this week at my corporate office. We are conducting leadership training and I am one of the coaches. It is my most favorite part of my job. I'm in my element and enjoying it.
I head home tomorrow. I have to conduct a lay off of 2 people when I get back to the office tomorrow. Layoffs/terminations are the worst part of my job.
I'm looking forward to a long weekend.

I'm thinking about ordering some more samples from Vitalady and trying a few other kinds. I'm pretty much stuck on the Lemon Tea and Cappuccino. I'm thinking about trying the Syntrax Nectar Vanilla. I might try it 1/2 and 1/2 like someone suggested.
I'm just working today. Zumba after work today. I really love it. I tried the DVD's, but couldn't understand it and couldn't do the moves. I absolutely love the instructor led class.
I walked 6.2 miles yesterday morning just to be sure I could do it next Monday morning at the Peachtree Road Race. It took me 1 3/4 hours, but that's ok atleast I made it. It says the hills are at the end so I'll probably walk the entire race instead of trying to jog some of it because I want to be able to atleast finish and get my t-shirt!!!
