Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!  It's a little after 10:00 and I just got out of bed...I'm so thankful my sister does our yearly picnic and I only have to make a couple of dishes.....

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize that's even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Shrimp kabob...that sounds great!  We've made beef and chicken but never shrimp.

Drove one pony and mowed the front pasture before the heat turned into thunderstorms.  That was ok because we really needed the rain.

I have been having serious chocolate desires that my chocolate calcuim chews wasn't gettting it for.  So I made white chocolate sf pudding and added 2 scoops of chocolate protein and 2 scoops of cookies and cream protein.  I guess I put too much protein in it because it didn't set but it is good anyway.  I put a serving in the freezer tonight to eat after supper.  It is so chocolatey and sweet, it is meeting the need.  thank goodness, I thought I was going to have to bathe in chocolate to get this overwhelming desire cured.

I have realized that I have fallen into a "new" "old" pattern. Irt seems I am still yo-yo dieting. I gom alng for weeks or months pretty well on program,then bam,run into something that I am not prepared to avoid and then I am back to working thru the water wight issue and detoxing.

I guess the only salvation is that the detoxing is possible when It wasn't before and I am able to get back on plan quickly.

I truly,truly wwould like tom get back on fat burning plan instead of maintainig plan. I didn't like yo-yoing then and I don't like it now.
