I haven't been able to read posts lately because I've been swamped at work, DH's ball games, and just plain being lazy when I finally do get home.

Hi Folks!

Today is the first week I am going to try working out 4 days a week.  I know for some people, that's not a lot.. but for me it is.  I feel great so far, hope I can keep it up!  Esp b/c I LOVE food and always will!

Working out is a life time committment.  It seems that once you start you have to keep it up especially if it's so you can increase your calories.  If you drop back on the exercise then you have to cut back on the calories too.  Good Luck!!!

I'm wondering if I could get scrambled eggs down if I put cheese on them.  My DD's favorite meal is scrambled eggs, tuna, and noodles.  I usually have trouble with scrambled eggs but the eggs and tuna combination  stayed down.
