I come home to mix a shake. I either have a chocolate or strawberry creamy shake with a big squirt of omega 3-6-9 orange swirl in it.

Hi Roz,
Is this Chicken Stuffing Casserole something that you are making???  If so, will you send me the recipe - that sounds really good.  I need to find some different things to eat.

I ordered a container of the IDS Vanilla Cinnamon protein powder - I liked it and am going to try the little bit I have left in my coffee tomorrow morning instead of my regular Cappuccino.

Ii's not WLS friendly but my family loves it. I won't eat much of it.  A layer of chicken, stove top stuffing, and cream of chicken soup.  I'll watch my carbs the rest of the day because I know I'm having it.
