Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my top reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

Over the hump day.....only 2 more days until the weekend!!!!   Someone brought a bag of pretzels in to work and I'm been helping myself way to muc!!  NO PRETZELS TODAY!!!!!!!  I also forgot my Protein drink this morning so I'm going to be behind in my Protein totals so that's even more of a reason to avoid those "bad" carbs.

Great Menu!

Does Santa coming in July confuse the kids?  Do you take your DD to a family day care or a center?  My DD has a family daycare but she has been looking for a day care to buy in our area.

She does a home daycare, but she has an assistant so she can have up to 10 kids.  She is awesome, sends home calendars and each day is something like "backwards day" (kids wear clothes backwards and they eat lunch and then breakfast etc.  Or wear a certain color, or bring show & tell etc.

She does this annual xmas in July b/c everyone is so busy at the holidays, so she does this now instead.  Santa comes in his hawaiian shirt (from vaca), and gives the kids gifts from her.  They always have a water balloon fight too, and tomorrow is going to be HOT again, so that will be good!

Your daughter wants to buy a daycare, that wonderful!  My Mom did daycare out of our house when I was growning up for years... so you'd think I knew what I was doing with my own daughter, but I don't!!! ;)

I make it.  I use a pack of SF pudding mix, 2.5c of milk.  I use soymilk which the pudding box says it won't set but since i am freezing it, I don't care.  I mix it then divide it into 4 servings and add 1 scoop of protein to each serving.  This last time I used vanilla pudding and to the indivigual ones added either a scoop of chocolate, fuzzy navel, cookies and cream or vanilla protein.  Mix well and stick in the freezer.  the pudding give is a creamyness and smoothness that isn't there without it.  You have to either get it out or nuke it for a 15 or so sec. to eat it.  It is still frozen pretty hard but then I have to eat it slow and it takes me longer.  Other receipies I have seen only used 2 scoops of protein but since I am using it to replace my evening hot chocolate, I wanted the full 1 scoop.  It don't set very well, even with milk and that much protein but it freezes fine.
