I haven't been on as much since surgery, but need to get into habit of checking in. I'm so happy with my sleeve! On soft foods now.
B. Egg and sausage pattie
L. Lean hamburger pattie, about 1/2 with sautéed onions and green peppers
D. Bratwurst pattie, just less than half and green beans
S. Slim fast low carb. 20 gm protein
S. Isopure 40 gm protein
S. Breyers low carb fudge bar. About 1/2 (I just wanted something different!)
Vitamins yes
Exercise yes started at Y today.

Fluid about 64 oz, but with heat need to drink more per NUT. Should be at 100 oz. Working on that.

Working on my couch potatoe to 5K. Ran with my son over the weekend. I ran for 22 minutes.
I don't think my minutes equal the distance on the plan. The next few runs will concentrate on trying to get to 25 minutes--then 2 miles.
