Hi Roz,
I didn't do so well yesterday avoid carbs.  Our board meeting meal was catered and they had Chocolate Cake & Brownies for dessert......
Todays another day.

L:  Chicken Thigh, bite of potato salad & cole slaw

Isn't it crazy how those sweets just seem to jump onto our plates...LOL   The thing is they don't even taste that good when I try them and then I could kick myself in the behind.

It looks like you are making up for them today!

Good afternoon. Still having pouch troubles with regards to my vites and today just feeling like a grouchy pouchy. Will add a prilosec to the regimen along with my pepcid, see if that makes a difference.
B Protein decaf latte x2 52g

I think I fit in well today -- after my salad at lunch I'm a bit grumbly, too!!
