Hello all,
We aren't getting the brunt of the hurricane, but it all depends on what it does between now and Sunday. We could have hurricane warnings, winds and rain here. My husband and I are going to a surprise bday party Saturday night (right on the ocean), we are staying over and my sister is taking my daughter for the night so we don't have to drive home so late and we live about an hour and half away. So, not sure how I feel about all of that... but I have to go, I'm the one with all the party decorations (it's a luau!)!!!

Vitamins: Morning Done
Water/Fluids: 60 ozs so far

Got up and walked outside 40 minutes then went to the gym and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes. II feel so good now. Going to try to walk before work the days I don't run. I think I'll feel good and be motivated to eat better.
